Activity | Students will work in small groups to come up with their own restaurant name, as well as the names of a dish for each of the following categories: appetizer, main dish, dessert, and beverage. | 10 min |
Assessment | Students will work in small groups to create a menu that uses their restaurant name and dishes named earlier in class, complete with a description of ingredients and basic cooking method. Students will share their menus once complete. | 15 min |
